House Policies

Check in after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If a special check-in time is needed please contact management in advance.

Check out by 11:00 a.m. A charge may be assessed for late check-out unless prior arrangements are made.

Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.

Rates do not include 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Prices may increase during special events.

All rooms are located on the second floor. No elevators, stairs only. We are not handicapped accessible.

We have created a smoke-free environment by prohibiting smoking throughout the guest rooms and public areas.

Each guestroom has a private telephone with answering machine. Local/toll free calls may be made without charge.

Pets are not permitted.

Free off-street parking is available behind the House.

We also, upon notification, reserve the right to charge your credit for any room damages sustained during your stay.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to check in. If you must make a last minute cancellation, you will not be charged for your stay as long as we are able to rent the room to another guest.
